Instructions

Are you looking for direction today? As believers and followers of Jesus we are called to follow.  Just exactly how are we going to do that if we don’t know the “how”?  For most people, the Bible can be overwhelming with all of it’s vast wisdom, but just this morning I felt the need to read out of the book of Jude.  Jude is one little book of the Bible near the end with only one chapter in it.  As I read I found it, the instructions!  -Well a few anyways, and I think if I can just do these five things then these five things will help me grow in my relationship with God.

Instructions for Followers of Christ:

1)   Build your faith

2)   Pray in the Holy Spirit

3)   Operate in and from God’s Love

4)   Be merciful to those who doubt

5)   Show mercy to everyone else mixed with an awareness of their sin

(Jude 20-23)
